Daily RSS/XML Feed Scraping into Excel with Query

I need an Excel file that pulls new information daily from an RSS/XML feed link (manually) and allows me to add comments or links to the imported data. The next day, the new data should be imported while keeping the previous comments intact.
Requirements:
- Save Comments: Ensure that comments added to specific rows stay linked with their respective data columns.
- Data Refresh & Import: A macro or query should import new data fields daily, placing the new entries at the top of the sheet and shifting existing rows downward.
- Data Alignment: Ensure that comments remain correctly aligned with the respective data, even after the data refresh.
- Self-Referencing Tables: Familiarity with self-referencing tables might be helpful for this task.
